When your first baby is born, a new mum is created too - and she needs support for this huge life transition into becoming a mum. Helen will help identify your needs with you, develop practical solutions and help identify resources available to you.
We use a mix of therapy types suited for your experience. Our goal is to boost your mental wellbeing as you journey through pregnancy, birth, and onwards.

Individual Supervision
Helen is a Certified Clinical Supervisor with PACFA. Mental health professionals seeking growth can expect her supervision to blend her extensive clinical expertise with a highly supportive approach.
Tailored to your professional needs, these sessions support a reflective approach to your case consultations.
These 60-minute online or face to face sessions will enhance your therapeutic techniques and foster your professional growth.

groups
Power to Change
PTC group is a supportive circle of 10-12 women (including 2 therapists), where self-empowerment takes centre stage.
This group can be run in weekly 2-hour sessions, spanning 16 weeks over 2 school terms. It offers a secure space, in a closed group of women, to delve into your personal experiences and develop a more integrated and secure sense of yourself.
Peers and professional guides accompany your journey, creating safety in the group, and equipping you with practical tools for positive changes while having some fun and laughter along the way.
Circle of Security
Deepening the parent-child connection (the attachment relationship) is the focal point in this group.
Following the Circle of Security approach, this 10-week program, with 90-minute weekly meetings, enhances parenting strategies and helps you understand your child and all children in a life changing way.
Education intertwines with peer and professional group support, fostering a nurturing environment.
